Thanks to a persistent bout of the flu that lasted from the day after Christmas until now, my New Year's Eve was less than thrilling. I rang in 2010 with NyQuil, my dog, a box of tissues and my television. (Granted, it's a BIG television and I sprang for HD so it could have been a lot worse.)
